    Hello,

    i have pass a order this week and i try to contact you by the web site - contact us - but a don't have any answer.

    I have made a mistake while i order starlite+gatewood and serenity ( i forgot add the pocket option ).

    it's 4 days since my order , and i have no confirmation on my order ! is it normal ?

    Franck,

    Yes our ISP upgraded the mail system on our server to a new version. This intern affected our website/mail interface. I've been trying to work through the issues the last few days with technical support. Right now, we've still got some mail issues remaining that I hope to work out in the next couple of days.

    No problem ; I though there was a problem somewhere.
